Alan Tomassetti
President & Co-Founder
Alan spearheaded LION's creation after moving home to Louisville and finding that none of his IO friends in the area knew each other! During his time away from the area, Alan joined local-professional groups eveywhere he lived and developed a deep appreciation for the sense of community they provided for newcomers to the area and to the field. Carl Maertz
Co-Founder
Carl is a professor of Management & Entrepreneurship at UofL. Carl has helped countless students with an interest in Organizational Behavior or IO Psychology develop their skills, connect with others in the field, and gain a foothold in the industry (including Alan!). Carl has published widely on workplace turnover, conflict, creativity, and more.
Justin Tucker
Co-Founder
Justin started his professional journey at WKU and has relished this opportunity to give back. He taught UofL's first ever class in Power BI and data visualization, and he volunteers with Code Louisville as a mentor teaching these same important topics to professionals seeking to grow their careers.
